How to Make:

  1. Preheat grill on high. Place mushrooms, stalk side up, on a large baking tray. Dot with butter. Sprinkle with garlic and thyme. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Grill for 10 minutes or until just tender and cooked through. Sprinkle with walnuts. Serve.
